How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share subscriber information in these situations:

- Our email platform. We use Elastic Email to send our newsletter. Your name and email address are stored there so we can deliver the emails you signed up for.
- Giveaway sponsors. If you enter a giveaway, we share your name and email address with the sponsor of that specific giveaway, so they can verify entries and contact winners. We only share your information with the sponsor of the giveaway you entered, and you agree to this when you submit your entry. We do not share your information with any other sponsor or advertiser.
- Our moderator team. Our moderators may see a list of our current advertisers so they can manage the HQ and HBQ Facebook groups accurately. Moderators do not have access to your subscriber contact information.
- HQ Verified Badge and advertiser program members. If you join the HQ Verified Badge program or an advertiser plan, the business information you submit (such as your business name and link) may be displayed publicly as part of that program, since the program exists to promote your business to our audience.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of HQ, our members, or the public.
